All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the purchased offer.

We do not provide discretionary refunds for changes of mind, unused tokens, unused access periods, accidental plan selection, or integration problems caused by customer software.

AI outputs may vary. Dissatisfaction with an output alone does not create a refund entitlement unless the service fails to meet contractual commitments or applicable legal requirements.

This policy does not exclude remedies for unauthorized charges, duplicate billing, non-delivery, material misrepresentation, or other circumstances requiring a refund by law. Verified billing errors will be corrected.

For recurring subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals according to the disclosed cancellation terms. It ordinarily does not refund the current billing period. One-time purchases do not create recurring billing unless separately disclosed and authorized.

Nothing in this policy waives lawful payment-dispute or consumer rights.
